Volunteers are the heart of Wyldwood RenFest, bringing the magic to life with their time, energy, and passion.

 

In return, volunteers receive free access to the festival, along with a crew-only campsite, free meals, snacks, and drinks. It’s hard work, but the rewards are endless—join us and help create an unforgettable experience! 🌟🔥

The Wyldwood Crew are the passionate people who make Wyldwood RenFest possible. They are the heart and soul of the festival, bringing energy, creativity, and dedication to every corner of our enchanted world. Becoming part of the crew means joining a welcoming community that helps bring the magic to life.

No prior experience is needed! All crew members receive guidance in their chosen roles. Whether you’re helping set up the festival, assisting performers, keeping our visitors informed, or capturing the festival’s moments on camera, there’s a place for you. Joining Wyldwood as a crew member is an opportunity to learn new skills, make friends, and create unforgettable memories.

Step Behind the Magic

​​Volunteers are the heart and soul of Wyldwood RenFest. They help bring our enchanted festival to life, and without them, it simply wouldn’t exist. Every crew member is valued, celebrated, and essential to creating the Wyldwood experience.


Volunteering at Wyldwood is rewarding, exciting, and sometimes challenging—but we make sure there’s plenty of time to enjoy the festival too.

Crew members receive:

  • Free festival access for the days they volunteer

  • A dedicated crew campsite with a private campfire for relaxing and sharing stories

  • Access to the crew tent, where meals, snacks, and drinks are provided while on shift

Why Volunteer?

Are you 18 or older and ready to help bring Wyldwood to life?

 

As a crew member, you’ll support the festival in a variety of ways— helping set up the grounds, assisting performers, guiding visitors, or capturing the festival’s magic on camera. Every role is important, and every crew member is a hero to our visitors.

Applications are reviewed carefully and may take up to three weeks for acceptance.
