Laura spent years planning the event before bringing it to life. With extensive experience in re-enactment, immersive events, and artistry, she oversees the festival’s day-to-day running while also creating our mascots and illustrations. Her vision and expertise ensure Wyldwood is both magical and meticulously crafted.

Wyldwood’s steady hand and bridge to the wider world. Rob keeps our partnerships strong while also sharing the role of Immersion Officer, transforming the grounds into a realm of myth and merriment. His problem-solving nature helps ensure Wyldwood runs smoothly, both behind the scenes and in the heart of the action.

Micki is Wyldwood’s Instagram guru and a key part of our media presence, travelling to events across the country to share the festival’s story far and wide. With a flair for capturing moments and building connections, she supplements our social media efforts and helps spread the magic of Wyldwood wherever she goes.

Michael is Wyldwood’s tavern master, keeping the bar flowing and our food vendors running smoothly. He makes sure every visitor enjoys hearty fare and fine drinks, while also caring for the crew who keep Wyldwood alive. With his steady presence, Wyldwood is always full of flavour, energy, and cheer.

Gaby is at the heart of Wyldwood’s community. She welcomes and guides the crew who bring the festival to life, ensuring every volunteer feels valued and supported. With her own background in the arts, she also lends her creative eye to Wyldwood’s look and feel, weaving warmth and imagination into every detail.

Kurtis is Wyldwood’s Safety Officer, trained extensively to ensure the wellbeing of both visitors and crew. He also shares the mantle of Immersion Officer, helping shape the atmosphere that turns the festival grounds into a living story. His balance of practicality and creativity keeps Wyldwood both safe and enchanting.

Wyldwood Renaissance Festival is also shaped by a remarkable network of supporters, including mentors and organisers from some of the UK’s most beloved events. With guidance from the teams behind Fantasy Forest, Beyond Ragnarok, and others, we are building Wyldwood on foundations of experience, collaboration, and community.
