Our official photographers and videographers will be documenting the event to showcase the incredible atmosphere, performances, and costumes. By attending, you may appear in festival photos or videos used for promotional purposes.

We welcome visitors to capture the magic of Wyldwood Renfaire through photos and videos! However, professional equipment may only be used with prior written permission. This includes:
Press photography and recordings
Photographers/videographers working with bands or special guests
Hobby photographers using DSLR cameras are not considered part of this list and are free to enter with their equipment.
Important Notes:
Written permission does not grant access to restricted areas. If additional access is required, this will be reviewed upon application.
The use of drones over the festival grounds is strictly prohibited in accordance with UK law.
We encourage everyone to capture the enchantment of Wyldwood and share it far and wide.

Bringing a camera to Wyldwood is a privilege, not a pass to bend the rules. Always respect the magic around you—the venue, the gardens, and your fellow adventurers.
Be Kind & Considerate: Always ask permission before taking someone’s photo. If they decline, honor their choice, no matter how stunning their costume may be.
Respect Their Craft: Many costumes are labors of love, crafted with care over countless hours. Share your details, such as a business card, so they can see and enjoy the images you’ve captured.
Personal Space Matters: Never touch anyone or their costume without their explicit consent.
Mind the Paths: Ensure the magic flows smoothly by not blocking walkways for more than 30 seconds.

Name Your Subjects: Where possible, credit the name of the person in your photo when sharing it.

Respect Permissions: You may not sell or use your images commercially without consent from both the subject and Wyldwood Renfaire UK.
Share the Magic: If you'd like to see your photos featured on our social media, send them to us here. You can also apply to join our volunteer media crew for exclusive perks as a photographer!
Follow Crew Instructions: Always respect guidance from the Wyldwood team, identifiable by their Cyan shirts.
