By attending Wyldwood RenFest, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions, which are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and immersive experience for all. Please take a moment to review them before your visit.
By purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms, so be sure to check for any important details regarding site rules, refunds, and event policies. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch!
Access
A valid festival ticket is required for entry. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate (subject to availability).
Each ticket barcode is unique and will only admit the first person to present it. Copying or redistributing tickets is prohibited. The ticket purchaser is responsible for any misuse.
Day tickets are valid only for the date indicated and come with a wristband. Weekend and camping tickets include wristbands for festival-long access. Wristbands must remain intact to remain valid; replacements are available at the Information Stand.
Entry is not permitted without a valid wristband or ticket. Visitors found without a wristband will be asked to leave.
Bags and costume props may be checked upon entry to ensure safety. Props must be non-functional and non-threatening.
Visitors may not remain on festival grounds or in the parking area after closing hours. Sleeping in vehicles is prohibited.
Children aged 5 and under enter for free. Children aged 6–15 require a child ticket. Attendees 16+ must purchase an adult ticket.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The festival is not liable for unsupervised minors.
Visitors must provide ID upon request to verify age or ticket details.
Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Violations may result in denied entry without a refund.
Wyldwood reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for behaviour including but not limited to: aggression, indecent clothing, possession of prohibited items, or violations of UK law.
Camping
Only attendees with camping wristbands may access the campsite.
Campsite hours: Friday 1PM – 12PM, Saturday 10 AM - Monday 12PM. Re-entry between 7AM and 11PM; gates close at night.
Campsite facilities are available for campervans and mobile homes with a purchased campervan ticket. There are no electrical hookups, but waste disposal is provided.
Glass, large LPG cans, generators, and excessive noise are prohibited. After midnight, quiet hours are enforced.
Open flames, including candles, torches, and personal campfires, are not allowed. Communal campfires will be provided, weather permitting.
Visitors must leave their camping area clean. Discard unwanted tents at the designated rubbish collection point.
The festival is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property on the campsite.
Failure to follow campsite rules or staff instructions may result in removal without a refund.
Behaviour
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages for personal use are permitted in limited quantities. Bringing alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
Unlicensed selling of goods or services, distributing promotional materials, or using the grounds for unauthorized commercial activities is forbidden.
Costumes are welcome and encouraged, but must respect decency and avoid political or discriminatory symbols. Nazi imagery is strictly prohibited.
Dogs are welcome on leads but are not permitted in the Gardens or Chapel.
Disrespectful behaviour, violence, or inappropriate conduct towards others will not be tolerated and may result in removal.
Parking
Parking is available but at your own risk. Wyldwood is not liable for damage or theft in parking areas.
Liability
Wyldwood is not liable for injury, damage, or theft caused by other attendees, traders, or the venue.
Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages unless caused by gross negligence or deliberate actions by the organizers.
Traders are solely responsible for the goods they sell.
Alcohol Sales
Alcohol will only be sold to attendees aged 18+. A valid ID may be requested. We operate a “Challenge 25” policy.
Purchasing alcohol for underage individuals is illegal and may result in removal without a refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of festival cancellation not due to force majeure.
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather), tickets will roll over to the next scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for force majeure cancellations.
Refunds, when applicable, will cover ticket face value only (not booking fees). Requests must be submitted within one month of the cancellation date.
Tickets can be transferred to others.
Photography and Video
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Materials may be used for promotional purposes without time or geographic limitations.
Attendees may take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires written permission from Wyldwood.
Weapons Policy
Items that would be considered under the offensive weapons act are not permitted anywhere within the festival.
Props resembling weapons must be checked at the gate and meet safety criteria:

Prop guns must have orange tips.
Security has final approval over prop weapons. Items deemed unsafe will not be permitted.
