For those who wish to fully embrace the Wyldwood experience, camping at Kirkleatham Showground is the way to go. From Friday through Monday, you’ll share in the magic of the festival not just by day, but by night as well.

Stay in the heart of the revels!

Camping passes are limited and exclusively available online—so be sure to secure your place in the encampment!

🛎 Check-In & Tickets

Campers will have access to the campsite from Friday 10AM until Monday 12PM. You’re free to venture into the outside world during the day, but please note that vehicle movement is only permitted between 8AM and 10PM. After this, the gates close and are staffed by security.

The main festival grounds are open only during festival hours.

Check-in hours:

  • Friday: 4PM – 11PM

  • Saturday: 10AM – 11PM

  • Sunday: 10AM - 7PM
    (Arrivals outside these times will not be possible.)

Check-in steps:

  1. Follow the blue route marked “Campsite”.

  2. On arrival, traffic will be directed by our team.
    Cars → follow parking attendants.
    Campervans → follow the signs to the campervan entrance.

  3. At ticket control, present your ticket to be scanned and receive your wristband.

  4. Proceed to the campsite to pitch your tent/campervan, or collect your pre-pitched bell tent at reception.

  5. Settle in and prepare for a weekend of revelry!

Please note: Camping tickets are per visitor, not per pitch. Pitches have no strict size limit, though we ask you to keep things reasonable.

🎒 Luggage Shuttle

No need to struggle with heavy loads—our luggage shuttle service can carry your bags and tents from the car park to the central campsite point.

This optional (and free) service will run:

  • Friday: 10AM – 9PM

  • Saturday: 3PM – 8PM

  • Sunday: 3PM – 9PM

  • Monday: 9AM – 12PM

You’re also welcome to bring your own trolleys.

🕛 Leaving the Campsite

All adventures must end. Departures are permitted until 10PM on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, all campers must leave by 12PM.


The luggage shuttle will be running to help bring belongings back to the car park.

We ask all visitors to leave no trace—please take your rubbish to the provided bins and leave the campsite as you found it. Vehicles are permitted to drive into the campsite during pack-down, as long as it is outside festival hours.

🌿 Good to Know!

  • There is no electricity on site.

  • Hot showers, toilets, and clean drinking water are provided.

  • No personal fires allowed (communal fire provided by Wyldwood).

  • Tents and vehicles must remain separate (campervans have their own area).

  • A Blue Badge camping area is available close to facilities—please request this via our Accessibility page.

  • Campsite is divided into: Campervans, Blue Badge, Pre-pitched Bell Tents, and Bring Your Own Tent.

📜 Campsite Rules

To keep Wyldwood safe and enjoyable for all, we ask campers to follow these rules:

  • No open flames, candles, or torches. Small portable stoves (gas canisters max 500g) may be used outside tents only.

  • No glass containers outside of your tent/campervan.

  • No gazebos or “camp set-ups” that aren’t for sleeping.

  • Silent hours after midnight—please respect fellow campers and keep music/voices low.

  • Drunken or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Keep emergency access routes clear.

  • Prohibited items: large LPG cans, generators, drugs, glass, or anything deemed unsafe by festival staff.

  • Follow campsite staff instructions at all times.

  • Breaches may result in removal from the campsite without refund.
