In return, volunteers receive free access to the festival, along with a crew-only campsite, free meals, snacks, and drinks. It’s hard work, but the rewards are endless—join us and help create an unforgettable experience! 🌟🔥

Setup and Takedown
🏗️ Build Team: Monday 8 AM – Friday 5 PM (Pre-Festival)
Help set the stage for Wyldwood! Lay track mats, set up fences, distribute furniture, and assist contractors. Work closely with the decoration crew to transform the grounds into a magical festival site. This is a physical role—perfect for those who like to stay active!
🎨 Decoration Crew: Monday 8 AM – Friday 5 PM (Pre-Festival)
Bring the magic to life! Hang banners, set up lighting, and create enchanting details. Some DIY or tool experience is a plus. Team up with the build crew to make Wyldwood unforgettable. Creative minds welcome!
🍴 Crew Catering: Monday 6 AM – Thursday 9 PM (Pre-Festival)
Fuel the magic-makers! Assist with cooking, kitchen setup, and keeping the team nourished during construction week. Early starts and evening finishes may apply. Food hygiene certification is a bonus but not required—training is provided.
Weekend Roles
⛺ Camping Crew
Friday–Monday (6–8 hours/day)
Keep the campsite safe and tidy. Welcome visitors, check tickets, and run the campfire. A walking-heavy role—boots recommended!
🎶 Stage Crew
Friday–Sunday (6–8 hours/day)
Support performers by helping move equipment, keeping backstage areas tidy, and assisting with quick stage changes. Work alongside AV teams to create seamless performances.
🎤 Artist Liaison
Friday–Sunday (6–8 hours/day)
Ensure entertainers have what they need. Help with equipment, guide guests, and manage schedules for performances and ceremonies.
🎫 Ticket Control
Friday–Sunday (max 6 hours/day)
Welcome guests, scan tickets, and ensure smooth entry to the festival. App-based ticket scanning requires a smartphone (WiFi and charging provided).
🛍️ Info & Merch Team
Friday–Sunday (max 6 hours/day)
Answer visitor questions, sell merchandise, and help guests make the most of their experience. Stationary role with scheduled shifts.
🍴 Crew Catering/Care
Friday–Monday (6–8 hours/day)
Keep volunteers and VIPs fueled. Assist with cooking, deliver meals, and maintain the kitchen area. Food hygiene certification is a plus, but training is provided.
🌙 Night Watch
Friday–Sunday (11 PM–6 AM)
Patrol the grounds to ensure safety. Be the eyes and ears for security, reporting anything unusual. The days are yours to rest and enjoy the festival.
🚶 Mobile Support
Friday–Sunday (on-call)
Go wherever you're needed—from fixing decorations to helping with crowd control. Stay flexible and see the festival from all angles.
🛒 Trader Liaison
Friday–Sunday (6–8 hours/day)
Assist traders with setup, address questions, and keep vendor areas tidy. On Sunday, help ensure a smooth pack-down process.
🚪 Gates & Stewards
Friday–Sunday (max 6 hours/day)
Guard restricted areas and assist visitors with questions. Patrol designated areas and help maintain safety across the festival.
🚍 Shuttle Crew
Saturday–Sunday (4–6 hours/day)
Guide visitors to and from shuttle buses, scan tickets, and ensure smooth transport between the festival and [TBC] station.
📸 Media Team
Friday–Sunday (on-call)
Capture Wyldwood’s magic through photos and videos. Work behind the scenes to document key moments and provide content for promotional use. Must bring your own gear.
